J.Lo’s next film begins filming in Spain

Shooting for J.Lo’s next movie, The mother, was cut short in early 2022 by an outbreak of COVID-19 in the film crew. He forced Lopez to go back to United States until he can resume.

The situation is now under control and the filming of the thriller resumed this week in Las Palmas, the Canary Islands and will last until March 16, according to local newspapers.

The thriller tells the story of a murderous woman, played by López, who comes out of hiding to save her daughter’s life.

The Mother is also produced by López and directed by New Zealander Niki Caro. Besides López, Gael García Bernal, Lucy Paez, Joseph Fiennes, Omari Hardwick and Paul Raci are part of the cast.

The film is one of the greatest Netflix Productions of the year.
